1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect

Through this website we collect only the data you provide to us yourself:

• through the enquiry form — your name, e-mail address, and optionally the company name, phone number, business form and the content of the message you write;
• when you contact us directly — the data you state in an e-mail or give us over the phone.

In addition, the following visit data is recorded automatically:

• visit statistics — the address of the page visited, the date and time of the visit, the address you arrived from, the language version of the site and basic information about your device and browser. We keep these statistics ourselves, on our own server, and do not pass them to any external service. The IP address is not stored: together with browser details and the current date it is turned into an irreversible value (a hash) used only to recognise several pages opened on the same day as a single visit. That value changes every day, so a visit cannot be linked to a particular individual or followed across days. For these statistics we do not use cookies, and the browser's „Do Not Track" setting is respected;
• server logs — these are created automatically on the server hosting the website and are used solely for security and troubleshooting.

The website does not use advertising networks, tools that track visitors across other websites, or profiling, and does not set cookies to recognise visitors.

3. Why we process data and on what basis

Providing your data is voluntary. Without a name and e-mail address, however, we cannot reply to your enquiry.

4. How long we keep data

• Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for no longer than 12 months from the last communication, after which they are deleted.
• Client data is kept for the duration of the engagement and, after it ends, for the periods prescribed by accounting and tax legislation.
• Visit statistics are kept in aggregate form. Individual visit records are deleted no later than 14 months, while aggregate figures, which do not relate to any identified individual, are retained for year-on-year comparison.
• Server logs are kept for a short period, in line with the hosting provider's usual practice.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for their marketing. Only the following may access it:

• employees and associates working on your matter, to the extent they need it;
• the hosting and e-mail provider, acting as a processor on our instructions;
• state authorities, where there is a legal obligation to do so.

6. Content loaded from other services

The website is built so that almost everything — including the fonts it is set in — loads from our own server, so ordinary browsing sends no data to third parties.

The only exception is:

• Google Maps — the interactive map on the Contact page. When it loads, your IP address is passed to Google, and Google may set its own cookies and collect data about how the map is used, in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

We have no influence over the processing carried out by Google. If you prefer to avoid it, you can simply not open the Contact page, and you can also restrict content loaded from third-party services in your browser settings.

7. Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right to:

• request access to the data we process about you;
• request rectification of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data;
• request erasure of data where there is no longer a basis for processing it;
• request restriction of processing;
• lodge an objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
• request portability of the data you provided to us yourself;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Send your request to info@3efinansije.rs. We will respond within the periods prescribed by law, and no later than 30 days from receiving the request.

We do not make automated decisions about you and do not carry out profiling.

8. Complaint to the Commissioner

If you believe we are processing your data contrary to the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, poverenik.rs.

9. Data security

We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the scale of processing — access to data is limited to those who need it, and communication with the website takes place over an encrypted connection. No method of transmitting data over the internet is entirely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Transfers outside Serbia

We do not transfer data to other countries on our own initiative. Transfers may occur indirectly, through the services listed in section 6, whose servers may be located outside the Republic of Serbia.

11. Changes to this policy

We may amend this policy if the way the website works changes, or if the regulations change. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
