The fee is determined by the legal form, tax status, the number of documents per month and the number of employees. It is agreed as a fixed monthly amount, communicated before the engagement begins, together with a list of the services it covers.
Once the previous contract is terminated, we take over the books and documentation and review the state of the records. The client is informed of any discrepancies found before corrections are made. The process is usually carried out at the end of an accounting period.
Documentation is submitted electronically. Clients using cloud collaboration can also exchange documents through a shared platform, which simplifies day-to-day communication. The client retains the original documentation for the statutory retention periods, which we advise on.
